MTSS Directors' Collaborative'

 

The MTSS Job Alike is a collaborative network of NEGA RESA member districts committed to the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. The consortium aims to provide equitable and comprehensive support to students by leveraging collective expertise, resources, and data-driven practices. The MTSS Job Alike combines the previous PBIS District Coordinator, MTSS Coordinator, and Wraparound Coordinator Job Alikes into one collaborative network.

Mission:
To enhance student outcomes by collaboratively developing, implementing, and refining MTSS practices across NEGA RESA districts, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed academically, behaviorally, and emotionally.

Objectives:

• Shared Best Practices:

  • Develop and disseminate best practices for MTSS implementation, including strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.

  • Facilitate professional development and training opportunities for educators and administrators across consortium members.

• Data Collaboration:

  • ​Share and analyze data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and inform decision-making.

  • Support members in using data to drive continuous improvement and tailor supports to student needs.

• Resource Sharing:

  • ​Pool resources, including educational materials, tools, and technology, to maximize the impact of MTSS practices.

  • Provide access to specialized expertise and consultation services.

• Networking and Support:

  • ​Foster a community of practice where educators and administrators can collaborate, share experiences, and seek advice.

  • Create opportunities for networking and peer support among consortium members.

• Innovation and Research:

  • ​Encourage and support innovative approaches to MTSS implementation and intervention.

  • Stay informed about the latest research and developments in MTSS and incorporate evidence-based practices.
