Description

Advancing Leadership for Literacy & Systems Alignment (ALLSA) is a year-long, in-person professional learning experience for K–5 leaders and instructional coaches focused on strengthening literacy through aligned systems and effective leadership. Across five sessions, teams will build knowledge of the Science of Reading, use data to guide decisions, and implement sustainable, system-wide practices.

Team Expectations:
Teams must include, at minimum, one administrator and one instructional coach. Inclusion of a district-level representative is highly recommended to support sustainability and systems alignment. Teams are expected to attend all five sessions. Lunch will be provided at each session. All participants will receive a copy of MTSS for Reading Improvement;Leader’s Toolkit for Schoolwide Success by Sarah Brown and Stephanie Stollar.

Join us to build knowledge, align systems, and sustain success in literacy leadership.
